I went to Select Physical Therapy in Old Lyme, and was treated at different times by Ashley, Bryan, and Chris. Each of them added to a treatment profile, and as they treated me I regained confidence that I could still run the race. They taught me various exercises and treatment methods such as stretching and specific exercises, KT tape, and they followed up regularly.
I was able to run the marathon within 4 minutes of my personal best, which is very satisfying given I nearly dropped out for the season.
The personal attention and thoughtfulness are unmatched. At times the space is a bit crowded, although I understand they are moving across the street to the Big Y complex into bigger and easier to find spaces.
Yes, I would recommend this office to anyone in the area.

I dislocated my shoulder and was told in the E.R. it would take several months to start playing golf again. I began Physical Therapy at Select after receiving recommendations from friends. I was PLAYING golf in six weeks!! Chris and Ashley are wonderful. They are focused and clearly explained what it would take to get better. By following there instructions and putting in the work I made remarkable progress. I am so grateful that I found these wonderful professional people. Choosing Select Therepy Old Lyme was the best decision my husband and I made as we both had surgery this spring. The staff are friendly as well as professional and seem to have your well being and comfort as an important factor in the there sessions.

I have since returned for more therapy and their new space is a huge improvement. It is bright and inviting, with plenty of room and more tables, as well as more new equipment. Plus it's fun to look out into the Big Y parking lot
